Breakfast is served facing out onto the Esquimalt Lagoon sanctuary waterfront either from our dining room surrounded on three sides with picture windows or (weather permitting) on our spacious waterfront deck.
It is our pleasure to create a breakfast feast for your enjoyment. You will wake up to the smell of Gloria's freshly baked muffins served with tea on silver service. Select a china tea cup from the cabinet (mugs are available for thirsty people who can't get their fingers through china cup handles) sit back and enjoy a serene view of nature. Dally over breakfast as you view great blue herons trolling the shoreline for fresh minnows. Have a second cup of coffee while the swans cruise the shoreline a few yards away. From the deck, binoculars put you so close you can count the feathers on the back of their necks.
We have a few specialty dishes which we serve from time to time, and we can always provide your favorites - eggs any style, bacon, sausages, fresh fruit, and pancakes or waffles with blueberries and real maple syrup.
We are happy to do our best to adapt a breakfast to meet your special needs. Please let us know your preferences.
