To place a booking with
NightSkies, you can:

Reservations and Cancellations
| RATES | | Our
rates are based on double occupancy and always include full course hot
breakfasts and use of a
canoe.. We accept MasterCard,
Visa American Express or Cash. Rates are tax exempt. Bicycles can be arranged with notice. | | SMOKING
and PETS | |
Smoke free Indoors; children welcome; We have 2 cats. | | DEPOSIT | | If
you have made a reservation then a non-refundable deposit is due equal
to 1 night's stay will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard. | | FULL PAYMENT | | If
you have not cancelled at least 10 days prior to your check-in date we
will consider your reservation re-confirmed and charge your credit
card for the balance due for your full stay. |
| CANCELLATIONS | | If
you advise us at
least 10 days before your check-in date that you wish to cancel
then we shall issue you a gift certificate (no cash value) for an
amount equal to your deposit, less a $25 administration fee. You may
use the certificate towards any future booking.
If you advise
us less than 10 days before your check-in date
your entire stay is non-refundable. We
recommend travel insurance if this concerns you.

| AGREEMENT | | Our
policies guarantee you a place to stay for the term of your
reservations, and helps ensure that NightSkies will have the resources
to make your stay enjoyable. If you do not wish to be bound by these
terms then you must communicate this to us by e-mail to
info@nightskies.bc.ca or fax (1-877-604-3004) within 24 hours of
receipt of confirmation and we will be happy to cancel your
reservation within this 24 hour period, without charge. Time is of the
essence.
Rationale: Most of our
rooms are reserved well in advance. It has proven unlikely that we will
be able to rebook your room with less than 10 days notice. Also, once we
accept your booking we as a matter of course, turn down other
business. As a small family business we rely on your bookings to
remain viable.
