| AGREEMENT |
|
Our policies guarantee you a place to stay for the term of
your reservations, and helps ensure that NightSkies will have the
resources to make your stay enjoyable. If you do not wish to be
bound by these terms then you must communicate this to us
by e-mail to info@nightskies.bc.ca or fax (1-877-604-3004) within
24 hours of receipt of confirmation and we will be happy to cancel
your reservation within this 24 hour period, without charge. Time is of
the essence.
Rationale:
Most of our rooms are reserved well in advance. It has proven unlikely
that we will be able to rebook your room with less than 10 days notice.
Also, once we accept your booking we as a matter of course, turn down
other business. As a small family business we rely on your
bookings to remain viable.
